He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sampolinski and Dorothy Sampolinski (Beeschke); his son Christian; and his parents-in-law, Henry and Rose Kurth.
He is survived by: his wife Claire Sampolinski (Kurth) of Columbus; his children, Scott Sampolinski (Jessica) of Fall River, Sarah Peete (Michael) of Shakopee, MN and Susanna Krakow (Adam) of Columbus; his grandsons, Tyler, Kayden Sampolinski, Michael, Cameron Peete, Cooper and Bodie Krakow; and his brothers-in-law, Norbert Kurth (Cheri) of Cedarburg, Roger Kurth (Jan) of Columbus and Kenneth Kurth (Joan) of Peoria, AZ. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
