With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra J. Frank of Columbus, Wisconsin, born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 12, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Martin and Sylvia Martin (Mundt); and her brothers, David and Dean Martin. She is survived by: her husband James Frank of Columbus; her daughters, Cathryn Bosch (Jay) of Beaver Dam and Rebecca Bruckner (Tad) of Madison; her grandsons, Mitchell of Beaver Dam, Miles Bosch of Beaver Dam and Clayton Frank (Elizabeth) of Beaver Dam; and her brothers, Gregory Martin (Robin) of New Jersey and Wayne Martin (Sharon) of Horicon. She is also survived by other relatives and so many friends.
