She is survived by: her husband Kevin Kasmiski of Columbus; her sons, Keith of Columbus and Brian (Ashley Olson) of Columbus; her mother Bernice "Bea" Hein (Miletti); her brother Jeff Hein (Renee Mead); her nephew Dylan Hein; and her sister-in-law Michelle Ballweg. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
