He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemarie Lewko. He is survived by: his wife Terra Lee Lewko; his son Wyatt Lewko; his stepson Collin Francke; his siblings, Ken Lewko (Karen), Jim Lewko (Patty) and Toni Zuehlke; and his nephews, Chris Zuehlke, Chad Zuehlke and John Lewko. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
