He is survived by: his father Ruben Soto; his fiancée Stephanie Ann Belter; and his siblings, Annette Marie Odeman (Bryan), Bethany Ann Shannon (Tony), Paula Jean Reible, Sarah Margaret Malthe (Randy) and Jerry J. Reible. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
