He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Helen; and his brother Joel. He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Coloma, WI; his children, David (Mona) of Coloma, WI, Denise Holin (Andy) of Sun Prairie, WI, Deborah Mickelson (Erik) of Brookfield, WI and Derek (Corie) of Coloma, WI; his grandchildren, Biannca (Eric), Evan, Jared, Carson, Mason, Lyndi, Sophia, Scarlett and Owen; his brother Bruce of Kalispell; and his significant other Josie. He is also survived by many nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, the Meyer family kindly suggests a donation in Dick's memory that will be given to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church Canopy Fund.
