He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Peterson and Elsie Peterson (Baier); and his son Steven Peterson. He is survived by: his former wife Theresa "Susie" Butzin; his wife Theresa "Susie" Peterson; and his children, Erick Peterson (Michelle), Jason Peterson, Daniel Peterson, Emmy Peterson, Susanne Peterson, Marsy Peterson and Ashley Grimmenga (Jeremy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
