Elmer Payne Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer Payne of Coloma, Wisconsin, born in Richfield, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 1, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Ploetz; his parents-in-law, Emil and Lydia Ploetz (Otto); his sister Doris Sigourney (Payne); his brother-in-law Donald Sigourney; his sister Verla Ziska (Payne); his siblings-in-law, Tony Ziska, Henry Ploetz and Ruth Ploetz (Frederick); his nephew Kevin Ziska; and his niece Cheryl Sigourney.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Rodger (Steve); his grandchildren, Ryan Rodger of Orlando, FL and Tara Brom (Bryan) of Dodgeville, WI.; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Kendra and Kinley Brom. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
For the safety of everyone, social distancing and masks will be required at church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Orphan Grain Train in Elmer's memory.
