He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marie Dahl (Dahl); his children, Mark Kongslie (Kimmie), Amy Kongslie (Michelle) and Teresa Beaver (Douglas); his sister MaryAnn Kongslie Smith; his grandchildren, Kylie Kongslie (Luke), Ryan Kongslie (Breyanna), Justin Slowey (Kirsten), Nathan Slowey, Hannah Slowey (Geno) and Peyton Slowey; his great grandchildren, Briggs Michael Slowey, Giovanni Nicholas Quattrocchi, Harvey Salzwedel and Scarlett Beres; and his nephews, Kevin Smith (Charlotte), Bradley Smith and Brent Smith (Becky).
