It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Thorne (Collins, Wisconsin), born in Merrill, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Laak and Margaret Laak; her brother Roy Laak; and her siblings-in-law, Julaine Laak and Lawrence Sczygelski.
She is survived by: her son Josh Frank; her daughter-in-law Rose Frank (Welch); her grandchildren, Margaret, Olivia, Natalie and Parker; and her siblings, Vivian Sczygelski of Merrill, Joe Laak (Linda) of Burnet, TX, Bob Laak of Merrill, Jerry Laak (Debbie) of Merrill, Mary Raduechel (Arlen) of Merrill, Dan Laak (Jo) of Coconut Creek, FL and Sue Laak of Merrill.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in the memory of Patty will be given to her grandchildren to use for their college education which was one of her final wishes.
