Kenneth W. Snow Sr. Obituary

Of Colgate, unexpectedly died on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at the age of 74 years. Kenny was born on November 2, 1949, a son of Darroll and Runelle (nee Sloan) Snow. He married the love of his life, Lori Schroeder on July 2, 1982. Having held various positions, Kenny was a dedicated employee at Briggs & Stratton for over 30 years. Known as "Mr. Fix it" Kenny was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He enjoyed mowing his lawn, taking in a good Nascar race, and watching Star Trek. In his spare time Kenny could often be found at his favorite fishing spot or chatting with airplane enthusiast while taking in a EAA Air Show. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. Known as being "tough as nails", Kenny's memory will be cherished, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Lori Snow; children, Elizabeth (William) Cody, Kenneth Snow Jr., and Jared Snow; grandchildren, Dayna Snow and Tyler Cody; great-grandchildren, Isabelle Cody, Jordan Cody Jr.; brother, Charles Snow; sister, Janice Maklary; and sister-in-law, Susan Marjenka. Kenny was a loving and caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wade Snow; grandson, Jordan Cody Sr.; nephew, Steven Snow; brother-in-law, David Maklary Sr.; in-law's, Elroy (Dolores) Schroeder, brother's-in-law, Thomas Schroeder and Ted Marjenka, sister-in-law, Joanne Piotrowski and many others.

The visitation for Kenny will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 1PM until the time of the 3PM memorial service at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 495 St. Augustine Rd., Colgate, WI 53017.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
