He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Joseph James "JJ" Klobukowski and Alissa Delfosse (Johnathan); his parents, Chester Klobukowski and Mary Ann Klobukowski; his siblings, Kathy Conway (David) and Harold Klobukowski (Daryl); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Meurett (Dusti), Bill Meurett (Lori) and Dale Fisher. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, his bowling buddies, and friends.
