Bruce E. Benson Obituary
Of Colgate formerly of Chippewa Falls. Found eternal life on February 16, 2023 at the age of 81 years old. Beloved husband of Lynn Benson for 38 years. Loving father of Danielle (William) Evers, Tiffany (Jason) Wegner, Shannon (Carter) Robbins; Theresa (Scott) Boyd-Maikowski and William (Jamie) Boyd. Proud grandpa of Ethan and Cole Wegner; Rianna Benson, Cassidy, Connor, and Caitlynn Robbins; Cameron, Braedon and Bella Boyd; and great grandfather of Malaya. Dear brother of Sue (Ken) Patnode, Terry (Carol) Benson, Carlene (Duane) Schultz, Doug Benson, Sandy (David) Anderson and Marlene Rubenzer. Survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents Carl and Luella and his first wife Danna Lynn Benson.
Bruce proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.
Visitation on Friday, February 24, 2023 at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, 20851 W. Main Street in Lannon, from 2PM until time of the Memorial Services at 4PM, followed by Military Honors. Final resting place is at Sunnyside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to the church are appreciated.
