With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Meier of Colfax, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 7, 2025 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Meier and Paul Dale Meier; his parents-in-law, William and Maxine Hoven; and his brothers-in-law, David Hoven and Kenneth Hoven.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Meier (Hoven); his children, Jeannett Kiekhafer (Tim), Lori Meier (Greg Tuschl) and Adam Meier (Teresa); and his grandsons, Cole Kiekhafer (Rachel), Braden Kiekhafer and Ethan Meier.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (715 University Ave, Colfax, WI 54730). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
