It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Ubbelohde of Colfax, Wisconsin, born in New Richmond, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 23, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ubbelohde and Esther Ubbelohde (Baumann); his brother Ken; his sister-in-law Dorothy; his brother Fred; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie and Elton Dahlke.
He is survived by: his wife Leona; his children, Rev. Lisa Ubbelohde of Green Bay, Mona Karau (Douglas) of Forest, WI and Craig (Pam) of La Crosse; his grandchildren, Amanda Karau Skar (Jasen), Karl Karau (Sarah), Stephen Ubbelohde (Dawn) and Scott Ubbelohde (Samantha); and his sisters-in-law, Lucille Prescott and Joann Dahlke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Attendees who are not vaccinated are respectfully requested to wear a mask to protect all the unvaccinated children and vulnerable people in attendance.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Colfax Lutheran Church Campership fund.
