She was predeceased by: her daughter Kimberly Rivest-Nolte; and her sibling Thomas Heistad (late Janet). She is survived by: her husband Erich; her children, Jeffery Fohr, Jodi Pollack (Steven) and Jill Windorf (Scott); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Nicole), James (Angel), Andrew, Steven, Chelsey (Matthew), Sydney and Zachary; her siblings, Torrey Heistad (Lee) and Ellen Hosafros (Edward); and her sibling-in-law Glenn Fohr (late Judith). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
