He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lentz and Patricia Lentz (Benton); his siblings, Darrell, Oscar, Jr. (Butch), Curtis and Barbara; and his niece Dawn Wagner.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Christopher Lentz (Melissa), Patrick Lentz (Christen), Tammy Exferd, Evelyn Lentz and Sherry Gray. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
