He is survived by: his wife Beverlee Kottke of Lena, WI; his daughters, Julee Frankard (Michael) and Nancy Stank (Richard); his grandchildren, Peyton, Coralee, Nevaeh, Emmalee and Nora; his siblings, Edward Mongin (Teresa), Elaine Novak (Jim), William (Ellie) and Leanne Meyer (Dan); and his close friends, John Pacourek, Dan Rhodes, David and Cathy Meyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
