He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence, Sr. Payette; and his brothers, Robert "Bobby" and Michael. He is survived by: his mother Valda Payette (Kitzman); his children, Michael "Mike" Payette (Michael Walden), Richard "Rick" Payette, Jr., Kris Vanlerberghe and Kari Cooper; his siblings, Lawerence "Larry" Jr., Terry Payette, Dorothy Malueg (Gary), Elaine Malueg, Sharon Phzybylski (Ken), Sandy Nemojeski (Gene) and Charlotte Westphal (John); and the mother of his children Nanci Skarda (Randy). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 a private funeral service for family and close friends will be held at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, 235 E. Main St., Coleman on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020.
