He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lentz and Patricia Lentz; and his great grandchild Blake Woodworth. He is survived by: his daughters, Evelyn Lentz (Pete) and Tammy Exferd (Tim); and his siblings, Steve Lentz, Darrell, Curtis and Barbara Hohnholz. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
