She was predeceased by: her parents, Amando Scola and Katherine Scola; her husband John Lavarda; and her son Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Judith Jacak (Clem), Carol Vartorella (Frank), Randy Lavarda (Phyllis), Tim Lavarda (Diane), Doug, Joel and Jacki Lavarda; and her grandchildren, Craig (Michelle), Carey (Jackie), Cameron Jacak, Jama Lillibridge (Donald), Randy Jr. (Diane), Eric (Jill), John Lavarda (Linda), Margie Laketa (Matt), Rebecca Jahnke, Jessica Thomson (Keith), James Lavarda and Dr. Samantha Lavarda-Goldschmidt (Jason).
