She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Demmith and Evelyn Demmith (Lusnia); her husband Robert Joseph Payette Sr.; her parents-in-law, Lawrence and Valda Payette; and her close friend William Van Ess.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Behnke (Tom Hylok), Barbie Salesky (Bryan), Robert Payette Jr. (Barbara) and Ronald Payette (Robin); her siblings, Verlyn Miller (Elroy) and Russell Demmith (Michelle); her daughter Rebecca Payette; and also, Tom and Billy Van Ess. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
