It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John G. Wendler of Coleman, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wendler and Julia Wendler (Meyer); his sister Barbara; his son-in-law Timothy Nowak; his grandson Mitchell Nowak; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Petersen, Paul Schaumberg and Cathy McDonnell.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McDonnell; his children, Judy Nowak, Chris Wiza (Mike), Dan and James Wendler; his granddaughter Madison Wiza (Kellen Ferkey); his sisters, Dorothy Petersen and Pat Muehl (John); and his siblings-in-law, Maggie Schaumberg and Bill McDonnell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
