He was predeceased by: his parents, George Prochaska and Ella Prochaska (Lentz). He is survived by: his friend Ed Mongin; and his siblings, George Prochaska (Janice) and Betty Jashinsky (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic private services will be held with Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman.
