With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gale E. Platt (Coleman, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 26, 2024 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Bednarz and Mary Bednarz (Gompper); her husband Joe; her siblings-in-law, Dale Hermann, Arnold Hochtritt, Joe Pillath, Dan Hansen, Michael Zimmer, Richard Platt and Sandy Platt; and her niece Donna Pillath.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph Platt of Matthew's Lutheran Church; her daughters, Debra Kopatz (Kerry) and Keri Tachick; her grandchildren, Tyler Tachick, Whitney Grabczyk (Ryan), Austin Tachick, Kandace Kopatz and Dalton Kopatz; her great grandchildren, Matiya, Mila, Avyanna, Weston and Gracie; her siblings, Lori Zimmer, Lonnie Pillath, Terry Bednarz, Ted Bednarz and John Bednarz (Julie); her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Ramlow, Jeanne Hansen and Allen Platt; and her close friend Raji. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
