She is survived by: her children, Dean (Ruth) and Jean Kozlovsky (Rodney Buege); her grandsons, Christopher (Tina), Jacob (Nikki Broderick) and Jon (Alicia); and her sister-in-law Lorraine Kozlovsky of Colorado. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
