He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rouse and Mildred Rouse (Nor); and his sister Sandra Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Penny (Kerscher) of Sturgeon Bay; his children, Lisa Patz (Mark) of Pound, Brad Rouse (Valerie) of Tennessee, Stacy Neering (William) of Coleman and Susan Rouse of Crivitz; and his brother Barton Rouse (Barb) of Mequon. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
