She is survived by: her siblings, Lynn Halverson (Joe Ihm) and Roger (Jill).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pete and Katie Memorial Scholarship, one which Katie herself established and is managed through the Iowa-Grant Education Foundation, would be greatly appreciated.
