He is survived by: his son Michael (Alice); his grandchildren, Tristyn, Colten, Dakota, Wyatt, Rafe and Annabelle; his children, Jeremy (Teresa), Sequoia and Melissa (Roger); his grandchildren, Marissa, Kadence, Spencer, Gavin and Harlie; his daughter Christine (Adam); and his grandchildren, William, Tobias and Lucy. He is also survived by friend their children or grandchildren.
