He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette "Janet" Plunkett (Peterson) of Cloverland, Wisconsin. and Richard Plunkett; and his brother Calvin Plunkett. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Frostman (Ralph), Barbara Kolodziej (Tom) of Iron River, WI and Janice Oaksford (Rick) of Douglass, TX; his sister-in-law Gloria Plunkett (Calvin) of River Falls, WI; and his brother Richard "Keith" Plunkett (Jackie) of Maple, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
