He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ashley Fewell and Tony; his children, Andrew Eugene Terrell, Clintonville and Lana Mae Fewell (Johnny Tyler); his grandchildren, Laura Celine Fewell, Stevens Point and Ashley Nicole Fewell; and his siblings, Joe Terrell, Gays Mills, Wesley Terrell and Patricia Royal.
