He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Rogalski (Don), James Gehling of Escanaba, MI, Fred Gehling (Rene) of Madison, SD, David Gehling (Robin) and Joan Simons; his goddaughter Jaymie Noack (Iola); his stepchildren, Kate Stadtherr, Ann Vanden Elzen (Lance), Rachael Stollberg (BJ) and Mark Stadtherr (Arcelia) of San Diego, CA; and his stepgrandchild Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephew, and other family members.
