He is survived by: his parents, Edward Phillips and Agnes Phillips (Michlin); and his siblings, Barbara Larsen (John) of Athens, AL, Denise Pivot of Decatur, AL, Rose Britzke (Ronald) of Clintonville, Edward Phillips of Clintonville and Wendy Trumm (Danny) of Steuben, WI.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
