He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Zillmer and Beatrice Zillmer (Lang); his brother Edwin "Bud" Zillmer; and his sons-in-law, Bryon Dresang and Greg Mack.
He is survived by: his wife La Verna; his children, Lois Dresang (Jim Hamilton) of Appleton, Larry Zillmer (Peggy) of New London and Lynnaa Mack of Clintonville; his grandchildren, Jonathan Dresang (Amber), Michael Dresang (Lindsay), Kimberly Behnke (Derek), Kari Zillmer, Kyle Zillmer, Tony Mack and Karen Lohse (Gene); his great grandchildren, Isabelle Dresang, Ava Dresang, Braden Griffth, Marshall Griffth, Archer Griffth, McKayla Fitz, Madison Behnke, Gene Lohse Jr., Emily Lohse and Lily Lohse; and his sister-in-law Marge Zillmer of Colorado Spring, CO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
