He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Jacoby and Martha Jacoby (Korth); his wife LaVonne "Bonnie"; his son Kit; and his brother Leon Jacoby (Lorraine).

He is survived by: his children, Lyndi Nelson (Don), LaDona Wyant, Michael Jacoby (Vickie) and Marty Jacoby (Tammy); his grandchildren, Amanda Vanderhoof (Jason), Jessica Nelson (Nate Ongemach), Brooklyn Sigl (Danny), Autumn Wyant, Elijah Wyant, Athena Wyant, Jonathan Jacoby, Joseph Jacoby, Britany Bussian (Zach) and Trevor Jacoby (Jenny Mueller); and his great grandchildren, Braylee and Kenzi.

A memorial service will be held at a later date once the COVID-19 gathering restrictions are lifted.
