She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cummings and Mary Cummings (Weinfurter); her brother Kenneth Cummings; her brothers-in-law, John Oberbeck and Bill Heeg; and her niece Jennifer Oberbeck Netland A.

She is survived by: her husband Vince Cassiani; her son Josh Konkle (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Everly and McKoy; her sons, Jordan Cassiani, Jacek and Ryan Anderson (Brittany); her grandchildren, Reagan and Harper; her children, Mason and Courtney; her sisters, Marilyn Heeg and Diane Oberbeck; and her sister-in-law Barb Cummings. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and family.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established by Kathy's family.
