He is survived by: his wife LauraLee; his children, Kimberli Havok (George Gurrola Castellano) of Seattle, WA, Steven Rhode (Julie Kern) of Clintonville, Juan Rhode (Dawn) of Clintonville, Patricia Pulido (Robert) of Readfield and Carla Knapp (Mark) of Bear Creek; his grandchildren, Robbie Schwietzer (Meredith), Bernadette Berger (Joseph), Jason Krueger, Stephanie Grignon, Shawn Rhode, Dustin Rhode, Jackie Durrant, Lindsay Steinke (Nathan), Melanie Young (Jeff), Melissa Nelson, Fredrik Knapp (Brittany) and Allison Knapp; his great grandchildren, Celia, Cady, Jessie, Jaeger, Nevaeh, Logan, Vinnie, Livvy, Carmen, Laney, Silvia, Avralena, Isaac, Damon, Lincoln, Ryleigh, Lillian, Zachary, Trevor, Ella, Paige, Peyton and Warren; his great great grandchildren, Olivia and Quinn; and his siblings, Geraldine Kussmann (Dennis) of Clintonville, Therese Mauel (Roger) of Minnesota and Daniel Rhode of Appleton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
