She is survived by: her parents, William Neitzke and Helen Neitzke (Hoffman); her son Dennis Conradt (Gerri); her daughter-in-law Sandy Conradt; her grandchildren, Kristin Brock (Nick), Ryan Conradt (Stacey), Teresa Heimbruch (Neil) and Ed Berto (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Brynnley Brock, Brogan Brock, Devin Kanaman (Sean), Shandel Heimbruch (Steve Schantner) and Baby Conradt; her great great grandchildren, Wesley, Shelby and Rylie Kanaman; her siblings, Viona Klemp (Ervin), Verna Stern (Bill), Selma Neitzke and Ervin Neitzke (Marina); and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Conradt, Dorothy Schmidt (Gib), Elvira Feller (Harold), Vilas (Marcella), David (Marlys) and Dan Conradt.
