He is survived by: his daughter Karen Mehlberg (Greg); his son-in-law Terry Mehlberg; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Krystin, Kelly, Connor and Cassie Mehlberg; his siblings, Sue Handrich, Ruth Kalbus (Larry), Richard (Opal) and Alan Sawall (Margaret); and his caregivers, Claudia, Matt, Kim, April, Jennifer, Jessica and Sarah of ThedaCare. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
