He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Wawrzyniakowski, Pat Barker and Marlene Brushwood; his daughter June Wawrzyniakowski; his stepchildren, Sandra Smith, Jill Prokash (Wawrzyniakowski), Jeff Prokash, Roger Connolly (Christine) and Bruce Kosbab; and also Betty.
