She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville Montgomery and Patricia "Patsy" Montgomery (Henschen); her husband John McMurdo; her daughters, Lori Blazek (Dave Sroka) and Leia Blazek (Jack Warrington); her grandchildren, Bryan Gleisner (Brandi) and Dana Marshall (Jack); her great grandchildren, Lydia, Leo, Chloe and Ethan Marshall; her siblings, Barbara Zera (Robert) and Wayne Montgomery, Sr. (Bunny); and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Arrowood (John), Joseph Zera (Michelle), William Zera (Jessica) and Wendy Larsen (Mike).
In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated for the American Heart Association.
