She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Radtke and Selma Radtke (Woller); her husband Roger; and her siblings, Ervin Radtke (Jane), Agnes Rusch (Clarence), LaVern Bork (Lester) and Elsie Braatz (John).
She is survived by: her children, David Tellock (Lynn) of Green Bay, Barbara Miner of Frankfort, IL, Jeffrey Tellock (Patti) of Richmond, MN and Lorre Pietenpol (Robert) of Richfield, WI.; her grandchildren, Jody Hass (Nathan), Matthew Tellock (Lychelle), Katherine Tellock, Eleanor Tellock, Brock Miner, Ross Miner, Daniel Tellock, Stephanie Tellock, Emily Tellock, Samantha Pietenpol, Alexa Pietenpol, Rebecca Mielke (Ryan) and Michael Mott; her great grandchildren, Kayla Wolf (Matt), Victoria Cram, Zachary Hass, Claire Hass, Sarah Hass, Jacob Hass, Natasha Tellock, Sheila Tellock and Scarlet Mielke; her great great grandchild Diana Wolf; and her siblings-in-law, Leland Tellock (Wanda), Gerald Tellock (Sue), Ray Tellock (Jeane), Lorene Nienke, Ramona Danke and William Drifka.
