He was predeceased by: his parents, Gust Miller and Minnie Miller (Krueger); his parents-in-law, Harvey and Lucille Arndt; his siblings, Ginny Miller, Margie Jeske and Louie Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Ruby Gartzke, Carol Bakes, Barbara Davis, Raymond Jeske and John Bakes.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Arndt; his children, Randy Miller, Allan Miller (Joanie Lohrentz), Phyllis Zehren (Terry) and Terry Miller (Cindy Pagel); his grandchildren, Josh Miller (Irene), Mandy Kriesel (Jordan), Alea Zhelev (Rosen) and Brenten Newby; his great grandchildren, Cala, Eliot, Ivey and Louie Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Gartzke and Joe Davis.
