He was predeceased by: his brother Johnny (David); his parents, Henning S. Eidsvoog and Ruth Evelyn Eidsvoog; and his former wife Nancie Eleanor Dille. He is survived by: his sister Sonya Eidsvoog Marhenke; his brother-in-law Larry Marhenke; his niece Millicent Marie Eidsvaag Goodermont; his nephew Jonathan Dille; and his grandchildren, Teagan Goodermont and Paxton Goodermont.
Beloved father, grandfather, brother and dear friend to many; David found a home in Clintonville, Wisconsin at Care Partners as he negotiated life with Parkinson's Disease.
