He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Culbertson and Hazel Culbertson (Meltz); his wife Janet Kay Henke; his brother Calvin Culberston; and his granddaughter Alayna Relien.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Thomas (Matt) of Grayslake, IL, Craig Culbertson and Lynn Relien (Michael); his grandsons, Gabriel Thomas, Jackson and Andrew Relien; and his sister Carol Whitman.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christus Lutheran Church (120 N Main St, Clintonville, WI 54929). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
