He was predeceased by: his former wife Lois Nuske; his son-in-law Randy Nelson; and his brothers, Alvin and Lyle Fehrman (Rita). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Wanta; his sons, Dennis Fehrman (Marcy) and Doug Fehrman (Jeni); his grandchildren, Laura Young (Kyle), Jessica Nelson, Jenny Roloff (Josh), Greg Fehrman, Abby Barman (Drew), Ben and Erin Fehrman; his stepchildren, Kandi Sprenger (Marlyn), Kristen Baker (Stewart), Greg, Kevin, Erich (Sally) and Keith Kuss (Denise); and his pet Missy. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held privately for Jay and officiated by Fr. Timothy Shillcox O. Praem, but the public is invited to attend a visitation at St. Rose Catholic Church in Clintonville on Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 10AM until 12 noon. Jay's family respectfully asks those attending his service to consider wearing a mask.
