He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Donald Miller. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Miller; his siblings, Beth Kuehn (Mark) of Sandy, UT, Dave Miller, Hope DiPiazza (Terry) of Rolling Meadows, IL, Dean Miller (Nancy) of Darien, IL and Daniel Miller (Judy); his nieces and nephews, Brant, Dillon, Natalie, Julia, Laura, Christine, Darren, Amy, Abby and Tommy; his aunt Alda Gordon of Franksville, WI; and his cousins, Susan, Steven and Bill. He is also survived by three grandnieces and a grandnephew.
