He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sr. Wiedmer and Lena Wiedmer (Gerber); his wife Joan Hawver; his children, Dennis and Denise; and his siblings, Werner, Ernest, Margaret, Wilbert and Fred.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Hahn (Allan), Diana Bach and James Wiedmer; and his siblings, Wilma Bostok and Robert Wiedmer of Beloit. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren.
