He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirly Wulf and Gertrude Wulf (Howland); his brother Phillip Wulf; his stepbrother Charles Copus; and his nephew Jason Ingham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Albritton and Christine Wulf; his grandchildren, Hailie Statler, Brendan Wulf, Anasia Bullock and Torres Bullock Jr.; his great grandchild Onyx Smith; his siblings, Kathleen Prins (Walter), Mark Wulf, Valerie Converse (Richard), Natalie Wulf-Ingham (Keith) and Kimberly Siverhus (Paul); his stepsister Cindy Copus; and his sister-in-law Karen Wulf. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
