He is survived by: his wife Becky Peterson of Clinton, WI; his children, Michael Peterson of North Pole, AK, Gregory Peterson (Megan Beck) of Longmont, CO, Alexis Peterson and Christopher Peterson; his parents, Don Peterson and Pat Peterson of Salina, KS; his sister Susan Brewer (Danny) of Wichita, KS; his parents-in-law, Gregg Mustered of Fairbanks, AK and Laura Mustered; his siblings-in-law, Anthony Mustered (Michelle) of North Pole, AK, Sterling Mustered of Colorado Springs, CO and Jeanne Pace (Don); his nieces and nephews, Dustin Toothman, Nicole Brewer, Rocco, Rico Pace, Rowan, Brayden and Nevan Mustered; and his great-niece Rileigh Brewer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the Boy Scouts of America – Glacier's Edge Council.
